Intelligent Inspection Robot for Natural Gas Stations


To address key challenges within the industry, our company has entered into an in-depth partnership with Harbin Institute of Technology Robotics Group.
By fully leveraging the integration of industry expertise and advanced technology, we have developed a bespoke intelligent inspection system tailored to the natural gas sector.
This system replaces manual labour, comprehensively and accurately capturing and analysing the status of on-site equipment and environmental conditions at gas transmission stations, enabling the timely detection of various anomalies and warning signs at operational sites, and providing 24-hour, uninterrupted safety monitoring of gas transmission station facilities with no blind spots.
Through a cloud-based collaboration platform, the intelligent robotic inspection system, laser methane leak detection system and infrared detection system are automatically coordinated and managed to carry out round-the-clock safety inspections of gas transmission station facilities, eliminating blind spots at these stations and ensuring their safe operation.
Application Scenario: Inspection of gas transmission stations
The product has obtained 7 authorized invention patents and 6 utility model patents.
The product has been applied in energy enterprises including Sinopec and major natural gas corporations.
