Service 1:Operation and maintenance of substations and valve chambers

The company employs a team of specialist technical service staff who provide operational and maintenance services for substations and valve chambers.

To ensure the smooth operation of the pipeline network, fulfil gas dispatch, transmission and distribution tasks, and prevent and manage production incidents.

Operations and Maintenance Content

1. Maintenance and repair of valves and pressure regulation equipment: routine maintenance, routine repairs, spring and autumn inspections,

and major overhauls for valves and pressure regulation equipment commonly used in natural gas pipelines, such as ball valves, plug valves,

throttling, shut-off and vent valves, sleeve-type drain valves, and gas distribution and pressure regulation skids;

2. Site operations: process and equipment operation, diagnosis and repair of equipment faults, etc.;

3. Pipeline patrols: daily inspections, repairs and maintenance of pipelines and valve chambers, as well as the resolution of equipment faults;

4. Emergency response: Organise regular training and drills on leak emergency response; carry out regular hazard inspections; and implement emergency response measures in the event of a leak;

5. Other services: Participating in production preparation work prior to the start of operations, and carrying out other tasks as temporarily assigned by the client.

The warehouse covers an area of nearly 2,000 square metres,is situated in central Jiangsu, with excellent transport links, and guarantees genuine products and rapid dispatch.
