Introduction to Gear-Rack Actuator:

1. Indicator— Complies with NAMUR standards, facilitating the installation of accessories such as position switches and positioners
2. Output shaft— One-piece nickel-plated alloy steel, compliant with NAMUR/ISO 5211/DIN 3337 standards, customisable
3. Cylinder body— Available in aluminium alloy or stainless steel, with a range of surface treatments (hard anodising, PTFE coating, nickel plating, etc.) to suit various corrosive environments
4. End cap— Die-cast aluminium alloy or stainless steel, available with multi-colour powder coating or PTFE coating
5. Piston— Dual-piston rack design, rapid action; simply flip the piston to change the direction of rotation
6. Stroke adjustment— Two independent adjustment screws, allowing precise adjustment of the on/off position by ±5°
7. Springs— High-quality coated pre-compressed springs, offering corrosion resistance and a long service life; the torque output can be adjusted simply by changing the number of springs
8. Bearing guide plate— Low-friction composite material, no direct metal-to-metal contact, easy to maintain and replace
9. Piston seals— Nitrile rubber for normal temperatures; fluorocarbon rubber or silicone rubber for high- or low-temperature environments
