Jiangsu Langete Training School Successfully Completed Special Training for New Employees of PipeChina Energy Storage Project

In July, Jiangsu Langete Training School welcomed over 40 new employees from National Pipeline Network Group Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake a comprehensive induction programme.

This training programme adopts a dual-track approach combining theory and practical training, helping new employees adapt quickly to their roles, enhance their professional skills and teamwork abilities, and inject a reliable new force into the organisation.

During the training, the instructors used real-world industry case studies and interactive questioning to break down technical principles, equipment operating procedures and safety precautions, simplifying complex concepts to help trainees gain a deeper understanding. At the same time, the programme focused on core topics such as the operation of process equipment, disassembly and assembly, routine maintenance and emergency response, and included practical sessions simulating real-life station operations. This allowed trainees to observe procedures up close and carry out hands-on tasks under professional guidance, providing an immersive experience of authentic work environments and achieving a deep integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
