The 2025 Annual Grand Gala of Jiangsu Langete Draws to a Successful Close

On 7 February, Jiangsu Langete Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully held its 2025 Awards Ceremony and Annual General Meeting.

To mark the company’s tenth anniversary—a significant milestone—all Langete employees gathered together to reflect on a decade of hard work, celebrate the year’s achievements and chart a course for the future. In a warm and lively atmosphere, they captured a unique moment in Langete  history.

At the annual meeting, General Manager Guo Xiaobing delivered a speech, in which he presented awards to the year’s outstanding individuals and teams, highly commending their hard work and exceptional contributions over the past year and describing them as role models for all staff to emulate.

At the same time, Mr Guo looked back fondly on the company’s ten-year journey—from its humble beginnings in a rented factory to the construction of its own state-of-the-art premises; from the initial expansion into a single business line to comprehensive breakthroughs across multiple sectors. Behind every step of this growth lies the dedication and hard work of all staff members, each contributing to the story of this team’s achievements.

Mr Guo extended his most sincere thanks to all staff members, paying particular tribute to the long-serving employees for their years of quiet dedication and selfless commitment, whilst also fully acknowledging the vibrant energy and sense of responsibility brought by the new recruits. He emphasised that the corporate culture of ‘people-oriented, shared growth’ is the company’s most precious asset over the past decade and the very foundation for its steady and sustained progress. Finally, Mr Guo called on all colleagues to unite in purpose and stand shoulder to shoulder as they embark together on the journey towards the next, even more glorious decade.

A special 10th-anniversary commemorative video was screened at the celebration, using authentic footage to look back on Langete’s journey from its inception to its current success. The moments of working side by side and the joy of achieving breakthroughs and growth deeply moved every employee present. At the same time, a special tribute was paid to long-serving staff who have remained with the company for a decade, honouring their steadfast commitment and dedication. This served to further strengthen team cohesion, convey a positive corporate spirit, and instil a wealth of motivation and confidence as the company embarks on its next decade of development.
