Water dew point analyzer

A water dew point analyser is an instrument used to measure the moisture content in gases. It works by measuring the temperature at which water vapour in a gas reaches saturation—that is, the dew point temperature—and using this to calculate the moisture content of the gas. When water vapour in the gas condenses on the surface of the sensor, it causes a change in the sensor’s capacitance or resistance, thereby enabling the dew point temperature to be detected. Used in sectors such as petroleum, chemicals, power generation and environmental protection, it monitors the moisture content in gases to control product quality, prevent equipment corrosion and reduce pollutant emissions.

1. Measurement principle: Measurements are carried out using the cooled mirror method.
2. Dew point measurement accuracy: ±0 °C...3.0 °C (accuracy can be set according to actual operating conditions)
